Private Pick Ups and transfers are included in the price.
Care hire.
A standard 4 seater car is included in the price. If you require a larger vehicle, extra charges will be incurred.
Upon arrival
On your arrival.
One of our representatives will meet you with the keys and rental form for car hire for you to sign (if we are providing a rental car for your use.)
You will find an a welcome letter from our rep and information about local services available or included in your holiday.
We will also provide you with beach towels to use on the sun loungers during your stay.
Dishwasher tablets and washing powder will be topped up as necessary during your stay.
We have provided a file of recommendations from previous guests which can serve as a starting point for you, giving ideas of local restaurants, places of interest to visit and general tips to help you make your holiday extra special.
Inclusive vehicle hire
Your inclusive vehicle will be available to you on arrival at your villa and the keys will be with the agreement form in the villa.
Please complete and sign the agreement form which will be collected by your assistant during the week. It is a legal requirement that you carry your copy of the form in the vehicle at all times. There is also a copy of our insurance cover with telephone numbers to contact in the event of any problems ocurring during your stay.
Your vehicle will have enough petrol for your immediate use but you should fill up as soon as possible.
General terms
All bookings are accepted by Beyaz Galeri Ev and are subject to these conditions which are deemed to be accepted by the principle client and all persons in their party. Bookings can be made by email or through the website and would be deemed to be accepted once payment has been received.
Confirmation of Booking.
Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and a confirmation email will be sent to you stating how much the balance is and the date it is due.
Deposit.
A non-refundable deposit of £500 of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
Your booking must be made by email, through the website or by telephone. If by telephone, then written confirmation must follow. If your booking is made six weeks or less before the rental of the villa commences, then full payment will be made. Should we not receive your payment within five working days then your provisional booking will be released. All payments shall be made by electronic bank transfer, internet bank transfer, sterling cheque or via PayPal for which there is an additional 4% charge.
Final Payment.
The balance will be settled six weeks prior to the rental commencement by electronic bank transfer, internet bank transfer or sterling cheque. If your booking is made six weeks or less before the rental of the villa commences, the booking will deemed provisional until full payment is received. If we do not receive the balance by the sixth week prior to your rental commencement date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice.
Form of Payment.
All payments shall be made by electronic bank transfer, internet bank transfer, sterling cheque or via PayPal for which there is an additional 4% charge, unless otherwise agreed.
Bank account details will be provided once booking form has been received.
Alterations and Cancellations by Us.
In the event that the villa becomes unavailable due to circumstances our control, then a full refund of monies already paid for the villa rental will be refunded. Any refund is restricted to the villa hire costs and we are not liable for any cancellation or administration charges for travel arrangements, etc.
Occupancy.
Only the persons listed at the time of booking may occupy the villa. The villa cannot be re-let or sublet to any other group/party or individual without the written approval of the owners. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons specified in the villa description, or booking form, occupy the villa except with prior written agreement with the owners.
Cancellation by the Guest.
All cancellations of bookings must be made in writing and notified to and received by Beyaz Galeri Ev no later than six weeks prior to the rental period. If cancellation is prior to this deadline only the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is less than six weeks prior to rental then the full rental cost is liable. It is a condition of booking that insurance is taken out well in advance against cancellation.
What is Included.
The villa rental includes crockery, cooking utensils, bedlinen, towels, light cleaning, water, electricity, gas, pool and garden maintenance. There are several BBQ’s for the guests use. Satellite TV, DVD player, air conditioning. There are several DVDs for the Guests use. There is Nespresso coffee machine, but guests must bring their own capsules.
Keys to Beyaz Galeri Ev.
Once you have arrived at the Villa, our representative will give you a set of keys with fob which operates the alarm system. In the unlikely event that you lose a set of keys there will be a surcharge of £50.00 or the equivalent in Turkish Lira.
Damage to Villa and its contents.
Except in the case of normal wear and tear, the Guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the Villa or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the villa or their guests.
Any damage must be reported immediately to Tamarisk Tourizm or their representative.
Rights of Access.
The owners Beyaz Galeri Ev, their representatives or the sub-contractors have the right of access to the villa at any time with due regard to the convenience of the guests for the purpose of linen changes, cleaning, inspection of the property and to carry out any essential or routine repair or maintenance work.
Responsibilities.
Neither the owners Beyaz Galeri Ev, their representatives or their sub-contractors can be held responsible for any circumstances beyond their control including, but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, illness,swimming pool maintenance, emptying of swimming pool for necessary maintenance, failure of any public service supply. The Guest responsible for
for booking undertakes that no person will suffer anything to be done which would endanger the policy of the villa owner’s insurers in respect of the villa and its contents which might make the same void or voidable.
Lead Guest’s Responsibility.
The lead guest is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents. The lead guest shall ensure that no member of their party engages in any activity in or around the villa and swimming pool area, in and around the garden area which may cause damage, offence to the neighbours, pollution to the water or damage to the structure or filtration equipment, this includes unacceptable anti-social behaviour.

For a small fee, a welcome pack can be arranged. Please contact us at least one week before, prior to your arrival at Beyaz Galeri Ev so that it can be arranged by one of our team.
Special requirements.
Turkish Visas.
It is a legal requirement for British passport holders to have a valid visa
for travel to Turkey. (see www.evisa.gov.tr)
Holiday Insurance
We require you to have valid holiday insurance for you and your party.
